Microsoft Teams is a team collaboration platform developed by Microsoft, which has 145 million daily active users. I designed over 30 end-to-end flows for the integration of big 2P/3P business partners and Teams.

Impact
Microsoft Teams is the fastest growing business application in Microsoft history. We think of it as a collaboration workspace for teamwork with M365. There are three main focus areas in Teams: chat, meetings, and apps, which are what I’ve been focusing on since June 2020.
I’m honored to deliver designs that can contribute to a 200% increase in apps created on our platform by ISV partners, and 7 times increase in daily active users leveraging our third-party apps since the start of the pandemic.

Integrated Third-Party Apps with Teams
By collaborating closely with diverse partners and understanding their unique business goals, I design app flows that leverage the full potential of the Teams platform—including Messaging Extensions, Meeting Extensions, Adaptive Cards, Personal Apps, and Bots. My primary focus is driving seamless integrations for apps in the education, healthcare, and SMB sectors.
Design Guidance for Teams Partners
I provide hands-on design guidance to partners, helping align their apps with Teams’ design standards. This support accelerates development, ensures accessibility, and improves approval rates for the Teams store.
